You will receive white glove service from the moment we begin working together through to the completion of you project. From perfectly curated elevations, shared trade discounts, contractor recommendations and management of the trades during construction, all you need to do is make decisions. Every detail is taken care of from start to finish.
The Concierge Experience
Modified Full-service Interior Design. Think an editable option for the Luxe Experience.
What you can expect:
The Concierge gives you the flexibility to select the services that are most important to you. To the trade furnishings & finishes not important? No problem, we source via retail. Want to do your own shopping? You’ve got it! Whatever it is, the Concierge Experience can be modified to fit your needs and budget. Optional add-ons will also be made available to you.
Scope of Work Consultation + Presentation
Ideal for the client who is ready to get started on their project and is considering partnering with dp Design Studio+ for a VIP experience.
Initial Scope of Work Site Visit:
+ Up to two hours onsite with Designer to discuss areas, take measurements and photos of the space.
+ Includes 79-point interview questionnaire detailing everything from design style, vision, project scope, required trades, your purchasing preferences, etc. The intent is to get to know you, your lifestyle and how you want to feel in your new space.
+ Scope of work preparation (up to 8 hours)
Presentation of Scope of Work Deliverables:
+ Subsequent visit of up to two hours onsite at your home to review your highly detailed Scope of Work deliverables
+ Includes design fee per room
+ Budget estimation of construction, furnishings and purchases
Designer for a Day
Let’s spend the day together, have some coffee and chat about your project.
What you can expect:
I will cast a vision for you, provide you with some big inspiration and recommend delicious options. We’ll talk paint, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, textiles and a wide assortment of all of the juicy details that will elevate your project. We will go over samples, where to source and the ‘how’ of bringing your dream to reality.

Virtual (e-design)
A complete virtual experience regardless of where you’re located.
What you can expect:
We work closely together to design your desired space. You will be provided with floor, space plans and 3D renderings so you know exactly how the outcome will look. Much like the Designer for Day, I provide you with custom selections and sourcing options all virtually and assist you in implementing in your home.

We give your outdoor space the designer treatment to transform it into a personal oasis. From space planning to furniture selection, we offer comprehensive outdoor design for residential or commercial patios, exterior living rooms, back yards, or pool decks - everything from quiet family retreats to lavish entertaining venues. We believe that defining outdoor spaces with colour, textures, furnishings, and textiles is a must, and will apply our knowledge of performance or outdoor durable constructions, materials, fabrics, and features so you can enjoy your space for years to come.

How we work
A Custom Experience
There are a number of variables that go into every design project. Although every project is different, the process remains the same. The scope of the project will determine the length of time it will take to implement.
We use as value-based flat fee system built on the square footage of the space and number of design layers incorporated into the specific project. We pride ourselves on ‘no surprises’ once the project commences and aim for the experience to be best in class.
It is my responsibility and privilege to cast a vision for my clients of what’s possible. To ask the questions they didn’t know needed asking. To make them think about details that never crossed their mind. Because that my friends, is what makes design so beautiful. It’s the realization that you get to customize your space to reflect your desires completely. It’s euphoric.
Our process is crafted to provide you with a tailored design and white glove experience
so you are not only able to have clarity - from budget to timeline - but also feel cared for and catered to in bringing your vision to life. You can feel confident in the knowledge that you will be taken through the process every step of the way.
Dianne
Phase 1
This is the part where you and I will have a phone conversation and discuss the general overview of your project, expected timeline, and budget.
I’ll take you through an on-line demonstration detailing the benefits of working with my studio. We’ll review your project concept and discuss any changes that may have come to mind since we last spoke. You will be presented with samples of my work and fully understand “how” I convey design concepts to my clients, as well as discuss in detail my 16-step Design Phases known as the dp+ Experience.
My promise to you is that you will LOVE the outcome because I do so much research in the beginning phases. I’ll provide you with questionnaires and inspirational images. We’ll schedule interview days, talk about revisions and I’ll answer any questions you have.
The Scope of Work Consultation does not provide design solutions but may provide a “peek behind the curtain.” The purpose of the Scope of Work Consultation is to confirm exactly what you want and have described in previous conversations, questionnaires, etc. We want to ensure what has been described is viable in order to provide the overall design solution of your dreams. While on site I will take measurements, photos and lots of notes.
The SOW Presentation is truly the phase where you will begin to experience the expanded reality of collaborating with me.
You can expect to have a favourite food and beverage prepared for you as we review the highly detailed SOW of everything I will deliver including construction and purchasing estimates ranging from low, medium and high, product samples, and design fee allocated by room.
A Letter of Agreement will be prepared, and we will review each section line by line. You will receive 100% transparency through-out the entire process with clarity and certainty. It is within this phase that we celebrate our partnership and future collaboration.
Phase 2
Depending on the scope of your project, presentations you can expect to see are digital concept boards, floor plans, 3D renderings, selected finishes, and products – all of which will enable you to visualize how your finished space will look.
As a full-service design firm, I oversee product sourcing to ensure the work stays on schedule keeping you informed every step of the way. Every single design decision is relayed to our vendors and coordinated for delivery utilizing a professional Receiver specializing in receiving furniture, art, and accessories. The items are inspected, catalogued and stored until we’re ready for installation.
This step will vary by project depending on the SOW. There are projects where everything is delivered and installed in a day or two, and the client gets the whole HGTV reveal experience. And then of course, there are other projects that are implemented in phases. From the Architect and/or Builder to Contractors and Vendors, I function as a conduit for all resources involved and facilitate communication circumventing any potential missteps to make certain the design concept is actualized as planned.
You can be assured that your project including construction management of the trades will be taken care of from beginning to end.
