This project did include a defined budget, meaning our client focused on sourcing the furnishings while our expertise was focused on the Interior Architectural Design.
Kitchen/Dining Room
Step into a kitchen and dining room that redefine luxury and functionality. The 20+ ft. wall that once stood between these spaces was demolished, giving birth to a harmonious blend of vintage and modern elements.
The star of the show? The custom-built coffee/wine bar adorned with a Versace Baroque wall covering—a true masterpiece. The AXSTAD cabinets in matte white, CALCUTTA CHIC countertops, and Versace Baroque wallpaper accent wall create an exquisite visual symphony.
Matte black light fixtures with a touch of gold add opulence, while the Drake Cottage Collection table anchors the space with rustic charm.
Front Entrance/Staircase
A grand entrance welcomes guests with open arms, featuring a white staircase with rich wooden steps—an embodiment of modern design and timeless beauty. This transformation is a testament to our commitment to creating spaces that captivate from the moment you step inside.
Laundry Room
Custom-built barn doors in Oxford Brown by Tuga Renos perfectly complement the laundry room’s aesthetic. With client-sourced paint colors and tile flooring, this space is a harmonious blend of functionality and beauty.
Bathroom
Bold sophistication meets clean lines in the bathroom, where the removal of 1980s laminate and insufficient lighting gave birth to a sleek sanctuary.
Calacatta Chic vanity/countertop, client-sourced decor, and striking black details create a space that exudes modern elegance.
Living Room
The living room is a canvas where the client’s vision comes to life. Dulux White Mist walls provide the perfect backdrop for client-sourced furniture, artwork, and decor, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
Basement/Fireplace Mantle
A complete rebuild of the fireplace wall, custom-built by Tuga Renos, is the focal point of the basement. Oxford Brown-stained floating shelves and mantle, black magic-painted shiplap, and client-sourced furniture and decor pieces come together to redefine warmth and comfort in this lower-level haven.
